Would be much more useful if it said which side of the road the bus is going to be on

I like the fact it tells one what bus/buses are available, no matter where you are in the Puget Sound Region. Only thing I have noticed is the time difference between this app and another popular app regarding busses. There seems to be, at times, different times listed between both apps. It is great for showing the other transportation modes, and times for them. Good app!

Needs to run smoother and location isnt perfect

Not intuitive and not very functional. Ads hijack your screen unexpectedly.

Im new to using the transit as means for transportation and found the app to be very helpful in getting me to go to and from my destinations. If you dont have it, you might as well. It never hurts to have a little extra help.

Love this app. Im new to the city, so this saved my life w/ my commute! Highly recommend.

I had hoped this app would be more accurate than OneBusAway but it is not. The trip planner feature is also hard to work on a mobile device. Limited choices.

The app has nice integration with the notifications screen. It lacks live update on the position of a bus, so you cannot rely on its times. I cannot save stops for all the routes I ride. An x is displayed for some stops and I cannot access that stop for that route. Almost unusable for my case. Does not save me waiting time in any case.

Useful for planning trips and checking schedules, but where is real-time information? Chicago and New York are doing this with their transit apps. Also some stops (271 bus stop at Bellevue TC heading toward U district) never has the right bus bays or times.

Timely, clean, convenient. Very decent crew. Courteous, cautious and caring. Keep it up guys.

Great app. Its very easy to map my route and find out the time I should leave my stop and what time I will arrive at my destination. The only reason I dont rate five stars is because I dont see clearly where I should transfer to a new line if that is the route I have to take. It would also be nice if I could use a pin to mark my starting point or destination instead of having to type in the address. Otherwise, great app. it was worth paying for.
